How can I deactivate my account?

Before you request to deactivate your account, please ensure that you sell all shares and close all positions and bring your account balance to zero. Thereafter, you can request to deactivate your account by following the steps below:

1. Tap the Account icon in the bottom right corner of the mobile app.
2. Tap Account Settings.
3. Tap Deactivate Account and follow the on-screen instructions.
