How to update your legal name

In order to update your legal first or last name in our system, we'll need the following:

• A photo of the legal name change court document or marriage license
• An updated photo ID with your preferred name
• Authorization from you requesting the name change on your Opencash account

Once you are gathered these documents, please send us an email requesting a secure file submission link to send in your documents.
